"Before I learned about Heritage Textile Conservation, I would have chalked up a ripped coat of my grandmother's a total loss, assuming it had served its purpose and was done. But, Nickole was able to restore the coat so it can keep on adventuring for many years to come. Communication about methods, price, and timing were all crystal clear and I knew this well-loved jacket was in good hands. I'd trust Heritage Textile Conservation with any heirloom pieces needing a little love." - Alexson C.
